3 Ways to Conduct a Virtual Tour

I know it hasn't been easy for you over the last few months. But we're in a new world, and we must operate our businesses differently. One way to continue to show off your listings is through engaging virtual tours. I want to share three ways to create compelling virtual tours.

Put On Your Director's Hat

Work with your sellers in creating a virtual live tour. Guide them through the steps in creating a great video - they're the cameraman, and you're the director. Facebook live, Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, and BombBomb are great tools to show off a home.

Use a Variety of Tech

Use alternative technologies to walk your clients through floor plans. Many offer 3-D floor plans or room-by-room tours. I'd be happy to research an option that works best for you.

Paint a Day in a Life of The Home

Now more than ever, you need to give buyers an accurate picture of what life will be like in the home. Get photos of the home at sunset, sunrise, and other times of the day when the community is active. Encourage buyers to visit Google Earth to get a feel for what's around the home. If they're local, they can drive through the community.

The key is to research and over-communicate with your buyers and sellers about the home and community. Let's talk if you need help finding the right virtual program or advice on how to continue to be a top producer during this tough time. I am here to help you and your family in any way possible.
