Wes has a well-rounded background in various facets of the Real Estate process that spans his entire adult career! He has been in Real Estate in one form or another for over 10 years, with 5 years in large-scale residential rehab, and has been in residential resale since 2015. Prior to obtaining his Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the WP Carey School of Business, Wes was also a City Planner for various municipalities. More than just a typical realtor with 90 hours of classes, this variety of experience, as well as several years of flipping houses, makes him the perfect agent to source, plan, and sell your current or future home or investment property. Wes lives and works in Central Phoenix and is well aware of the unique submarket that makes up the Central part of the valley.
