As many of you know my agency is housed within Brokers Hub Realty and we serve all of the broker/agents with their marketing needs. I have known Nicholas Yale for more than 15 years and he has always inspired me as a genius at marketing. In fact, he was the inspiration for me to tell a room full of 200+ real estate agents when I made this presentation, I stood on the stage and said,
"I'm here to tell you that you are NOT real estate agents."
I was met with stares, curious looks, some amusement, and some level of hostility LOL.
That is until I followed that up with
"You are MARKETING experts with a deep knowledge of real estate. When you fully understand that, it's when your agency will go to the next level."

Who would write a book about any person getting rich (virtually unheard of in the 1920s) and what publisher would take that subject matter on? Therein lies the secret. Keep reading.
