Start with you by examing what will make you happy. What do you want from your resident broker? What do they offer to help with continued education? Do you get a sense that they care about you and your happiness within the agency? Here's a big one; what is your commission split? The less you give to your broker, the more you keep for you, and frankly, you deserve it.
