Fresh from the Inman "Start-up Alley" is HouseQuest. This new app may very well change the way buyers, sellers, and agents connect. Buyer can look for homes just driving thru a neighborhood, or by answering up to 45 questions about what they 'feel' they need in a home. For example, "I want to live in a quiet street." or "I want to walk to a coffee shop". AI then maps out their desires, selects homes that fit that need and then overlays their custom profile over the homes profile to see if it is a match. If it is, excellent, and it will tell them why. If it is not, it will also explain why it might not be a best fit.
