Bri Roche

Well, hello there! I’m Bri (Wilkins) Roche and I’ve been buying and selling homes for nearly 15 years now.

Honestly, at this point, real estate is basically woven into my DNA. I’m a second-generation Arizonan, and real estate conversations were happening around my dinner table long before I ever had a license. While other families talked sports, we talked contracts and floor plans.

After graduating from ASU, I spent time traveling the world and living in Los Angeles before happily finding my way back home to Arizona. I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes since 2013 and spent more than a decade working for major homebuilders as a New Home Counselor, Manager, and Trainer.

Translation? I don’t just help you buy a home. I teach you how to navigate the process confidently and strategically.

Over the years, I’ve sold homes all across the Valley, from Scottsdale and Queen Creek to Downtown Phoenix. I’m endlessly curious and deeply research-driven, so if you have questions about neighborhoods, development, architecture, schools, or Phoenix history, I’m your person. I genuinely love this city and all the layers that make it what it is.

Whether you’re drawn to historic charm, new construction, or something a little more unique, I’m here to help you navigate it with honesty, strong communication, and real guidance.

Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and you deserve someone who knows the market and respects your time.

I live in Downtown Phoenix with my husband and our rescue schnoodle, Ollie, and I’d genuinely love to help you with your next chapter.
