Generating more than $200 million in sales, Josh brings almost two decades of experience in Phoenix Real Estate market. Josh has received numerous recognitions and awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award both from the Homebuilder’s Association of Central Arizona as well as national recognition from Beazer Homes. Josh branched out from new home sales to manage sales for the residences at a luxury high-rise development in Downtown Phoenix. In addition to his experience in new home sales, Josh also has a background and experience in vacation property ownership with Marriott International. Josh even more diversified his experience by working with local developers to sell infill projects in Arcadia then moving into surrounding areas. His diversity in the Real Estate field has provided him with a vast understanding of mortgage banking and lending practices as well as contract negotiation.
