Generating more than $100 million in sales, Josh brings more than a decade of real estate experience in the Phoenix Real Estate market. Josh has received numerous recognitions and awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award both from the Homebuilder's Association of Central Arizona as well as national recognition from Beazer Homes. Josh branched out from new home sales to manage sales for the residences at The Summit at Copper Square, a luxury high-rise development in Downtown Phoenix. In addition to his experience in new home sales, Josh also has a background and experience in vacation property ownership with Marriott International.
