Where she is strongest is the detail work. Contracts, timelines, and the dozens of small moving pieces that determine whether a closing goes smoothly or sideways. She keeps files clean, deadlines tracked, and clients informed along the way.
Most of Erin’s clients stay in touch long after closing, calling her years later about a contractor, a rental question, or the next move. That is the part of the job she likes best.
