More Than Square Footage: What Home Really Means to Me

To me, home is the stage for the story of our lives.
That’s why I have such a soft spot for first-time homebuyers and boomers.

Recently, someone asked me a seemingly simple question: “What does home mean to you?”
I had to sit with it. Not because I didn’t know the answer… But because there were so many.
They’re stepping stones, financial vehicles, and sometimes even part of a bigger plan. (I once had a client who bought and sold every two years, we used that rhythm to help her pay off student loans. And she did it. We high-fived on the front porch the day her last check cleared.)
What Jenn’s story shows
It’s where we raise our kids, have the hard conversations, and feel peace when the world outside is anything but peaceful.
It’s where I’m raising my boys.
I believe the walls of a home carry energy.
And that’s why I do this work the way I do… because I’m not just helping people buy and sell houses.
I’m helping them find a place where life unfolds.
